Police, motorcyclists join forces in aid of Istrina, over €5,000 collected

Over €5,000 were collected during two separate activities held by the police corps to raise funds for the Malta Community Chest Fund and Istrina.

This morning, members of the Maltese police force and motorcycle enthusiasts joined forces and held a motorcycle charity ride in aid of l-Istrina. The even started at 9am when over 425 motorcyclists left the police garage’s in Floriana before making their way to Ta’ Kandja.

Over €4,000 were collected during the Charity Ride.

Meanwhile, a further €1,500 were collected on Saturday during an event at the police’s shooting range at Ta’ Kandja. Over 150 people participated in the event.

This is an event in which the police corps wants to hekpo those in need.
