These meetings are scheduled from lunchtime till 7 pm. The quality time Rod Jao spends with his family is vital to him. So he always has dinner with them and even takes time to play as he likes to spend some quality time with his children. But the day isn’t over just yet. After he tucks his kids into bed, Rod Jao goes straight back to work. From 9:30 pm to 1:30 am, Rod Jao takes overseas business meetings. He also sends out emails, speaks with clients, or comes up with new ideas for his company.
