First customer service system roadshow by Zendesk to be held in Malta

iMovo, a leader in Customer Experience Management (CEM) is organising a half-day roadshow in collaboration with their partner, Zendesk, the leading global provider of cloud-based help-desk and customer service software.

The roadshow, which will be held on the 12th of May at The Villa, Balluta Bay, will bring together customer service professionals from a broad spectrum of local and international companies looking to learn more about Zendesk and how to exponentially improve their customer service processes and practices.
