Strong waves at Dwejra drag group of tourists into the sea

Seven tourists can consider themselves lucky to be alive after escaping the rough seas with some bruises, MaltaToday is informed.

The group, who were at Dwejra in Gozo, were standing on the rocks when they were dragged into the sea by the high waves.

According to the police’s communications office, the seven foreigners managed to get out of the sea, and were transferred to the Gozo General Hospital by ambulance.
