Motorcyclist injured in St Paul's Bay

The 23-year-old motorcyclist lost control of the motorcycle he was driving, and subsequently fell off it

A 23-year-old motorcyclist has been seriously injured, after losing control of his vehicle on Sunday night.

The incident occurred at 9pm on Triq Dawret San Pawl il-Baħar, St Paul’s Bay.

The police said an investigation revealed that the man from Gharghur had lost control of the motorcycle he was driving, a KTM 250EXC and fell off it.

The victim was taken to Mater Dei Hospital for further treatment, where it was later certified he was suffering from serious injuries.

A police investigation is currently ongoing.
