[WATCH] Election result still ‘a closed box’ – Labour MP Gulia

Labour MP and candidate Gavin Gulia says that so far, things at the Naxxar counting hall are "quiet", while noting the atmosphere is characterised by "the usual feeling of excitement and a certain degree of anticipation."

Gulia augured that the next phase of the counting begins soon. "Once that begins, we can start getting a bit of an idea of how the election is going, and even who will be the winner of the general election."

Asked about a forecast of the much-awaited election result itself, Gulia however held back from commenting, remarking humorously that "it is still a closed box" and insisting that "the race is until the finish line."
