Well done to Malta Today for categorizing the various proposals and intentions of the gov program as stated in speech from the throne in a spreadsheet list . Makes it much easier to analyse and focus on specific points. You should make it available in spreadsheet format for readers to be able to add their own comments and points in a separate column.
