Inmate Jason Decelis claims that a prison guard had to be restrained after delivering a savage beating earlier this week. Decelis claims he was beaten by a prison guard after asking to use the toilet and that other officers had to intervene.

A representative of petrol station owners said to this newspaper that changing fuel prices is not a simple affair as most do not realize that a reduction in the price of unprocessed fuels does not reduce the cost of the processing itself.
