The four men who manage the Paceville nightclub where dozens of patrons were injured in a stampede last week are expected to be arraigned in court today, for failing to uphold safety standards and allowing minors into the establishment.

20 of the 74 people injured in Saturday's stampede are under the drinking age of 17. Victims include a 13-year-old girl, who was released from intensive care yesterday. Four victims remain hospitalized.

France has asked for assistance under Article 42.7 of the EU Treaty, in response to the terrorist attacks in Paris, which obliges member states to aid and assist in response to armed aggression.
