In the Press: Church Response Team to be overhauled

Fr Mark Montebello has categorically denied acting as a middleman between an alleged victim of sexual abuse by a member of the clergy and an unidentified person, who made the victim a six-figure offer for her silence.

The Church's Response Team, which investigates allegations of abuse, will undergo a restructuring as part of an overhaul expected to be completed by the end of the month. The Team's policies will also be reviewed.
