Salvu, Antonio, Gaetano and Raymond Farrugia, brothers to oil trader turned state witness George Farrugia, will be arraigned after admitting to knowing that their brother was bribing officials. They were arrested in 2013 but never arraigned.

Finance minister Edward Scicluna has failed to publish his company's accounts since 2008. This newspaper reports that Scicluna is the only director at Applied Economic Consulting Ltd and accounts have not be filed with the MFSA for the past six years.
