Bahar ic-Caghaq beach ‘unfit for bathing’ due to sewage overflow

Bathing at Bahar ic-Caghaq’s dog-friendly beach is not recommendable due to an overflow of sewage, the environmental health directorate has warned.

The environmental health directorate within the Superintendence of Public Health issued a warning this morning against swimming at the dog-friendly beach in Bahar ic-Caghaq until further notice, the reason being an overflow of sewage.

In a statement, the environmental health directorate said that signs have been fixed in the area with the necessary information.
