FCM Bank unveils new plan to help reduce impact on the environment

FCM Bank will be moving from paper-printed statements to online statements. By generating online statements, the bank will reduce its impact on the environment, moreover, accessing statements online is also more convenient for customers and provides added security and convenience. Customers do not have to worry about theft of the physical statement, losing or misplacing such important information on personal finances. 

You can access your end-of-year 2023 statement of all the accounts you have from the Internet Banking application by following the steps below:  

1. Log into Internet banking with your credentials
2. Choose the account for which statement you would like to download
3. Click on the ‘Regular Statements’ Tab
4. Click on the download button for the statement to be generated. The statement can be saved or printed.
