Vitals Global Healthcare clarifications in reference to report which appeared on Sunday newspaper Illum

“Clarifications to article that was printed today in the ILLUM in Malta in relation to VGH (Vitals Global Healthcare Ltd)

November 8, 2015, Malta - In light of reviewing the article that was written recently that links to Vitals Global Healthcare LTD (VGH) we would like to state the following facts:

1.     The Gozo Hospital and St. Luke's project is funded to fulfil its commitments and obligations per the request for proposal and the concession that is awarded to VGH.
2.       VGH team has the expertise and proven experience to operate healthcare services and hospital management at the highest standards.It is also strengthened by collaborations VGH brought forward to this healthcare venture in Malta namely the Medical Association of Northern Virginia and Partners Healthcare International – one of the leading health care systems in the US,  Partners HealthCare was founded by Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, the two oldest and largest teaching hospitals of Harvard Medical School.
3.       Mr. Sri Ram Tumuluri is one of the directors of VGH and is not the owner.
4.       Mr. Sri Ram Tumuluri has the required experience and will continue to be the point of contact on the ground until such time as the operational team of VGH is mobilized after the execution of contracts with the government of Malta.
5.       A team of medical professionals with extensive healthcare experience has been assigned to the Malta and Gozo project including a group CEO with over 40 years’ experience running successful hospitals.
6.       VGH is committed to providing fact based project details if any media would like to seek fact based stories instead of creating any speculative or unfounded articles.”
