Updated | Motorist injured in Birzebbugia

A 23-year-old man from Rabat was rushed to hospital this morning after he was involved in a traffic accident in Triq Ghar Dalam, Birzebbugia.

The accident happened at around 8.25am. The man was driving a Kawasaki heading to Bir id-Deheb when he collided with a Kia Pregio. The van was being driven by a 23-year-old man from Birzebbugia who driving in the same direction.

The motorist was taken to Mater Dei Hospital where he is currently receiving treatment for slight injuries suffered.
