Libyan patient succumbs to injuries

A Libyan patient brought to Malta on 6 August died this morning, government said.

In a statement issued this evening, government said the patient died on Tuesday at 4am.

It added that the Libyan embassy in Malta, the health department, the foreign affairs ministry and the police were making the necessary arrangements to have the body returned to Libya.
