In the Press: Ministers must come clean on Swiss bank accounts - Gonzi

Former Nationalist ministers Michael Falzon and Ninu Zammit have remained mum on the issue of undeclared Swiss bank accounts that came to light following the so called 'Swissleaks' incident, which revealed that individuals the world over were using Swiss bank accounts to avoid paying tax.

Energy minister Konrad Mizzi categorically denied having an extra-martial affair with his PR officer. Mizzi was testifying in a libel case against blogger Daphne Caruana Galizia over allegations she made about Mizzi in November last year.

Former PM Lawrence Gonzi said that former ministers Ninu Zammit and Michael Falzon have to explain themselves and the sources of the money in their secret Swiss bank accounts. Neither ex-minister, while in office, had declared these assets.
