All holders of a Special ID Card may now travel at 25c per journey. They will also benefit from an automatic daily cap of 50c and an automatic weekly cap of €2.00. This means that holders of a Concession tallinja card will not pay more than 50c per day or €2.00 per week when using the public transport in Malta and Gozo.
To apply for the new Concession tallinja card, customers are simply required to enter the serial number of their Special ID Card where indicated in the online form. They may also give this number to one of the sales assistants in the sales offices when applying.
