An application to build a winery in an ODZ area in Bidnija caused controversy when the permit was granted. now Residents of the tranquil village are hoping to reverse the desicion by taking it to court on counts that the development runs counter to existing policies.

The issue lies that in the fact that both the sargeant writing the report and the inspector responsible for the case did not include such a crucial fact in the said report.
