A local breast cancer foundation will be holding two 6km fundraising walks to mark World Breast Day tomorrow.
Action for Breast Cancer Foundation is organising Abreast for Cancer on Sunday 15th October: two walks leaving from Pjazza Tigne Sliema and from Pjazza Gavino Gulia Bormla to the Valletta Waterfront.
At 10.20 am tomorrow, a group of breast cancer survivors will be rowing boats from Birgu to Valletta Waterfront Laguna, where they will meet the walk participants. An awards presentation ceremony will follow, with local bands providing a musical backdrop.
