LCT Consultants celebrate one year in Malta

LCT Consultants Ltd, an international company based in Malta and which specalises in recognising opportunities for businesses across all sectors, is celebrating its first, successful year in Malta.

“Since its inception, LCT has been all about the customer experience and how that, ultimately, translates into an improved business model and a better bottom-line for businesses,” says Luke Todd, Founder and director.

LCT Consultants Ltd, which is run by Luke Todd and Kelly McSherry, opened its doors in Malta in September of 2014.

“It’s been a whirlwind year, but we’ve been delighted to build business relationships with local brands and we can really see the potential for Malta to focus on the customer experience and help businesses grow,” McSherry adds.

The company has three main areas of expertise. The first is Customer Service Insights, which allows LCT to find out how a business’s client-experiences showcase the brand and products in order to help manoeuvre it to meet customer expectations.

The second is Business Process Implementation, where LCT works with its clients’ employees to review the business processes and implement changes that will better improve the client experience and help reduce costs.

Finally, the third is Business Coaching, where trained professionals from significant and varied business backgrounds, who have also been trained as psychotherapeutic counsellors and in neurolinguistic programming (NLP), bring their skills together to work with individuals to develop them in their roles and to help grow their careers.

Now, as the company is celebrating one year of success here in Malta, LCT is looking towards the future and to “establishing ourselves as a trusted brand in the same way we have in the UK and beyond,” says McSherry.

“We want to help Maltese companies continue to deliver more value to their customers through an exceptional customer experience and, for that, it’s really important to us that companies on the Islands see us as the ‘go to’ provider for customer experience excellence,” he concludes.

Meanwhile, in the UK, Todd is now set to deliver a seminar to peers and colleagues in the customer service industry at the International Customer Contact Expo in London on Wednesday 30 September. The focus will be on their work with their key clients eBay and Gumtree.com – two companies that they have helped to transform from a customer service perspective.
