Having cast his vote at 11am, PN leader Simon Busuttil is spending the day touring the 13 districts urging the electorate to vote.

With his team posting videos on social media platforms Facebook and Instagram, Busuttil this morning visited Zurrieq, Marsaskala, Marsaxlokk, Fgura, Rahal il-Gdid and Mosta. Accompanied by his deputy leaders Beppe Fenech Adami and Mario de Marco, Busuttil made his way to Gozo where he descended on Rabat, Sannat and Xaghra.

Back in Malta, the trail continued from Mellieha and St Paul’s Bay to Naxxar, amongst other localities.

In one video filmed in his car, Busuttil said that citizens have the right and duty to vote, as the decision is in their hands. “Encourage everyone you know to vote too,” Busuttil said in one of the video messages.

Speaking at the party’s clubs in the various localities, he said it was imperative to bring out every vote.
