A total of 6,523 voting documents remained uncollected by midnight last night, totalling to 2% of the 333,006 registered votes. Thereby, 326,483 voters can cast their vote tomorrow.

The figure is 1,257 more than the uncollected votes in 2008, when 1.7% of votes remained uncollected.

The electoral register for tomorrow's vote includes 23,990 new voters compared to 2008. In 2008, 309,016 voters were eligible while this time around up to 333,006 persons were eligible to vote.

Up to 19,000 persons will cast their vote for the very first time in 2013. The first-time voters are mainly composed of persons who turned 18 between March 2008 and March 2013.

As for the local council elections to be held in 34 localities tomorrow, a total of 17,543 votes remained uncollected.

The total number of voters eligible for this round stands at approximately 175,000 since EU citizens are also eligible to vote in local elections, which total to around 14,000.
