Woman denies assaulting police officers

A 29-year-old woman of Birkirkara was remanded in custody after pleading not guilty to attacking and threatening police officers, slightly injuring one.

The woman was arraigned in court this afternoon and was escorted to the Corradino Correctional Facility after pleading not guilty.

She is being accused of having assaulted two other persons in Hal Tarxien.
