Three Italian men guilty of indecent assault
Maltese court finds three Italian men guilty for attempting to indecently violate an 18-year-old French girl.
Three Italian men were arraigned in court today for attempted indecent assault on an 18-year-old French girl in St Julian’s on 14 August 2012.
Giuseppe Bellissimo, 27, Vito Borges, 25, Davide Sufre’, 26 and Vincenzo Galato, 23, pleaded guilty to the charges and were handed down a five-month jail term suspended for a year.
