Road rage leaves man injured
An argument between two motorists on who should give way in a narrow street in Zebbug led to one of the drivers suffering from serious injuries.
The incident happened yesterday evening in Zebbug at around 9.45 pm. The two vehicles, driven by a 33-year-old man and 49-year-old man both from Zebbug, were driving in opposing ways through a narrow street.
Reportedly, neither one of them wanted to give way.
According to the Police, the argument escalated to the point that the 33-year-old attacked the other driver with a pointed instrument.
The injured driver was taken to Mater Dei Hospital where he was certified to be suffering from serious injuries but is not in critical conditions.
