A small single-engine aircraft crashed at the Malta International Airport but no injuries were reported

A light aircraft crashed at Malta International Airport but no injuries were reported.
The single-engine aircraft, a Tecnam P2002, crashed just off the airport’s secondary runway. The incident happened at around 4.25pm.
Emergency teams were dispatched to the area but, luckily, no one was hurt.
Airport operations were not affected.
