Arriva call for new bus drivers, including women

Arriva the company selected to replace the old national bus system announced that they will be recruiting 170 bus drivers and that these would include women too.  The recruitment of women bus drivers will definitely offer a change to the scruffy and often brusque bus drivers that have driven the age old buses. 

The other major change will be the introduction of bus shelters to complement the reforemed bus route system.  And the major change to the bus transport system is the introduction of new buses.  Buses that will be replacing the old traditional buses that offered a quaint and attraction to the thousands of tourists that visited Valletta.
