Sirens Ritter Sports 6 Neptunes Emirates 12

(1-2), (2-5), (2-4), (1-1)

What initially seemed to be a balanced encounter turned out into a rout for Neptunes who administered Sirens’ challenge through the able marshalling of their returned centre Vujhsinoc. In fact the first two sessions were won by Neptunes 2-1 and 5-2 although some controversial refereeing at the end raised some ripples amongst the crowd.

Neptunes also won the third session 4-2 as Sirens began to tire. The final session was a mere formality as Neptunes simply administered their advantage to register their fourth victory and keep up the challenge for the title race.
