Boy, 13, grievously injured in traffic accident

A 13-year-old boy was grievously injured in a traffic accident at 11:30pm on Sunday.

The young lad was taken to Mater Dei Hospital where he was certified to be suffering from grevious injuries.

The boy was hit by a car, a Toyota RAV4, driven by a man of 43, of Marsaskala.
