Two cars destroyed in Marsa fire

No one was injured when two cars were destroyed in an early-morning fire in Marsa.

The police said the vehicles; a Peugeot 407 and a Seat Ibiza were in Triq il-Bajjada, Marsa. One of the cars caught fire at around 3:30am and the other one, which was parked nearby, soon went up in flames.

The flames were controlled by the Civil Protection Department.

The cause of the fire is not yet known.

No one was injured, while police investigations are ongoing.
