Three people have been hospitalised after a car and a ready-mix truck collided in Qormi this morning.

The accident took place at 8:05am on Manwel Dimech Street, in front of Pavi supermarket.

The collision led to the two drivers, a 38-year-old man from Msida and a 35-year-old Serbian man resident of Mosta, being hospitalised. A woman, 42, a passenger in the Honda Del Sol, was also hospitalised.

Their condition, however, is not yet known.
