Toddler hit by car in Birkirkara
Three-year-old boy suffers grievous injuries in Birkirkara traffic incident
A toddler was rushed to Mater Dei Hospital earlier this afternoon suffering from grievous injuries after he was hit by a car.
In a press statement, the Police’s communication office said that a three-year-old boy was hit by a Mercedes Benz, driven by a 62-year-old man from Ta’ Xbiex.
The incident happened at around 3.30pm in Valley Road.
An investigation by the police is underway.
