Partners in Gozo Connect consortium announced

The consortium that won a contract to conduct a technical and feasibility study for a digital hub in Gozo includes Camilleri Preziosi Advocates, Beat Consult, RSM (Malta), Consulting Ltd and E-Cubed Consultants Ltd.

The information was relayed in parliament by Economy Minister Chris Cardona, as a clarification in reply to a question raised by Nationalist MP Marthese Portelli.

The contract is worth €356,000.

The clarification was made after Cardona originally referred Portelli to the Gozo Minister, who a week before had already instructed the Opposition to refer the question to the Ministry for the Economy.

Saying that the government had nothing to hide, Cardona said the tender submissions had been examined in a transparent manner all stages were approved by the Contracts Committee. No appeals, he added, were filed after the tender was awarded.
