In the Press: Man suffers facial burns after letting off Carnival fireworks

A 23-year-old electrician sustained burns to his face on Sunday night while letting off petards from the Presidential Palace roof in Valletta. Investigations indicate he was not licensed to handle the pyrotechnics.
