Three crew members, including one Maltese citizen, safely brought on land by helicopter from vessel in distress

The Armed Forces of Malta was today involved in an evacuation mission in which three seamen were brought in to safety by helicopter from a Maltese registered vessel which was in distress off the coast of Malta.
The crew members, including one Maltese citizen, where safely brought on land with the assistance of the Italian Military Mission helicopter AB 212.
