22-year-old in critical condition after jumping off Azure Window
The victim was rushed to the Gozo General Hospital by ambulance and was later certified to be in critical condition.
A 22-year-old Polish man is in critical condition following injuries suffered in San Lawrenz, Gozo today at about 1145hrs.
Preliminary investigations by the Police from the Vicotria Police Station and the Mobile Squad found that the man had jumped from the Azure Window.
The man started calling out for help and was assisted by people in the area who contacted the emergency services.
The victim was rushed to the Gozo General Hospital by ambulance and was later certified to be in a critical condition.
Duty Magistrate appointed an inquiry into the case.
