Boat trailer grievously injures man in Handaq

A man was grievously injured by a boat trailer in Handaq this morning.

The man, a 27-year-old Nigerian national resident of St Paul’s Bay, was injured at about 11:15am today, when he was hit by a boat trailer in the Handaq Industrial Zone as the trailer was being unloaded.

He was taken to Mater Dei hospital by ambulance, where it was declared that he was suffering grievous injuries.

Police investigations are still underway.
