Argument leaves man seriously injured

The argument ensued at around 1.30 am in the early hours of Saturday

An argument between two men at St Paul’s Bay in Triq it-Tamar, has left two men injured.

The police were alerted about the incident at 1.30 am in the early hours of Saturday.

The police said that a 37-year-old from the Niger residing in Gzira, was left seriously injured, while a 30-year-old from Nigeria residing in St Paul’s Bay was left slightly injured. 

A sharp object was used during the fight. 

Magistrate N. Galea Sciberras was informed of the case, ordered an inquiry and appointed a number of experts to assist her.

Police investigations are on-going.
