A man, 44, was grievously injured in a gas cylinder explosion in Valletta.
The incident occurred late on Friday night, in the kitchen of an Ordinance Street establishment.
The Valletta man was rushed to Mater Dei Hospital. Civil Protection Department officials and medical staff provided first aid.
