Man injured at construction site

A 37-year-old man has been seriously injured after falling from a height while carrying out works at a construction site on Wednesday.  

The incident occurred at 7:30pm at Tower Road, Msida. 

Members of Civil protection were called on site to assist the victim, and later an ambulance was called to take the victim to Mater Dei Hospital for further treatment where he was later certified to be suffering from serious injuries.

A police investigation is currently ongoing.
