Met Office warning over ‘severe’ gale force winds
‘Severe’ gale force winds, at times reaching force 8 to 9 are expected to continue at least till 9pm.
Stormy skies and seas as Malta is battered by severe gale force winds
A statement issued by the Met Office, explained that the westerly wind is expected to be very strong to gale force over the islands and possibly reaching severe gale over exposed areas.
The wind will veer to North Northwest by late evening.
The Met Office said that the warning is valid till at 9pm.
