Malta’s Armed Forces search for man lost at sea

The Armed Forces of Malta are currently searching for a man reported lost at sea. The report was made earlier this afternoon by the Italian authorities and a search has been going on since.

The search is being carried out in cooperation with the Italian authorities, coordinate by the AFM operations centre in Luqa.

The AFM has deployed a helicopter and a search and rescue boat.
