74,000 visit Gozo live crib

Despite the bad weather which hit the islands over the weekend, thousands visited the live crib in Ghajnsielem, the Gozo ministry said.

A record of more than 74,000 visited the Bethlehem f'Ghajnsielem live crib, which closed yesterday the statement said.

Gozo minister Anton Refalo thanked the organisers, volunteers, the media and all visitors, adding that Gozo will be advertised as a Christmas destination in the coming months.
