Thief steals €3,000 from post office
A hooded man stole some €3,000 from a post office branch in Sqaq tax-Xema in St Paul’s Bay.
At the time of the robbery, the salesperson was alone in the office and there were no customers.
The robber was armed and managed to run away with the cash. No one was injured in the incident.
Police investigation is ongoing.
