Accused of stealing credit card from car

Vincent Spalding, 37, from Cospicua was remanded in custody after he was charged with stealing and using a credit card from a car he broke into.

Spalding, was accused of having withdrawn €500 from the credit card.

Simon Micallef Stafrace represented the accused as Legal Aid while Inspector Fabian Fleri prosecuted.
