Henley executive MBA

This MQF Level 7 Master’s in Business Administration programme is not for everyone since it has specific entry criteria. However, anyone with five years of managerial experience (not necessarily having the title of manager), or a degree and three years of managerial experience, is eligible. The world-renowned programme, with its triple accreditation, is the highest-ranked programme available on the Maltese islands. The programme lasts 30 months and workshops would happen approximately once every two months.

Bachelors in business and management

The MQF Level 6 bachelor’s degree is specifically designed for working adults who want to apply what they learn directly at the place of work. It is a full-time programme (three years) but uses the part-time format of evening classes, with part of the learning happening through the place of work. Each year provides a stand-alone exit qualification. Additionally, students can also benefit from an additional Level 5 diploma qualification from the prestigious Chartered Management Institute (UK).

ATHE certificate in coaching

This UK Level 6 Certificate is the ideal programme for professionals who are either already managing people and want to add professional coaching skills to their portfolio of management skills, or who want to pursue a career as a professional life or executive coach. It is offered as a part-time programme with two evening sessions per week over a five-month period, with numerous practice and interactive sessions to hone your coaching skills.

ATHE certificate in project management

Managing projects is both an art and a science. This UK Level 6 certificate provides learners with a strong foundation in project management, a skill that is needed in projects in a variety of industries, from construction to IT, tourism, events and the finance sector. The sessions are delivered in the evenings twice a week over a three-month period.

ATHE diploma in strategic management

This UK Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management is a postgraduate programme ideal for people aspiring for greater management responsibility at the place of work, or for people who already have much experience but not the knowledge to back it up. With a duration of nine months, and evening classes twice a week, this programme allows you to get a good level of knowledge within a relatively short timeframe. Through practical assignments you will use your newly acquired tools and techniques, solidifying your learning and giving your organisation a boost.

Professional development workshops

If you need a refresher or an overview of a specific topic, Malta Business School offers a variety of workshops throughout the year. The range of topics covered is quite wide, from project management and finance to negotiation skills, practical leadership, assertiveness, effective communication, and many more. These workshops are generally either face-to-face, one-day workshops inclusive of lunch and refreshments, or three-four hour online, live-streamed sessions.

Award certificates and micro-credentials

If you require something more substantial than a one-day workshop about a subject, Malta Business School offers a range of Award certificates or micro-credentials (at MQF Level 5 or Level 6), where the learner attends evening sessions once a week for a period of two to three months to gain practical knowledge in the chosen subject. By completing the required assessments, the learner can also obtain the qualification certificate, of four or eight ECTS.

Corporate development sessions
