San Giljan confirm Matthew Zammit suspension

San Giljan ASC confirmed that they would be suspending their player Matthew Zammit after he was found to have failed a doping test thus confirming the ASA’s suspension of the player.

In a statement signed by club President Daniel aquilina said that San Giljan would be closely monitoring the results f the FINA investigation adding that they were deeply shocked by the revelation.

Aquilina insisted that the club’s goals remained unaltered. The BOV Summer League commences on Wednesday June 16.
