Magistrate Audrey Demicoli has hit out at what her Court described as ‘Police mismanagement’ of a disturbance in Hamrun during St Cajetan’s feast in 2008.

A mechanical lifter operator was cleared of negligent work which led to the grievious injury of a fellow colleague on a construction site in Swieqi in 2008.
