Young tourist in critical condition after two-storey fall

A 22-year-old German woman on holiday in Gozo on holiday suffers life-threatening injuries after she fell from a height of around two storeys.

The police said that the woman was at a convent in St Augustine Square, Victoria when the accident happened on Friday morning at around 6.30 am.

The woman was taken to the Gozo General Hospital by ambulance and later transferred to Mater Dei Hospital in Malta.
